The following year they embarked on a tour with renewed vigor after John Bonham’s death from alcohol-related issues earlier that year. Their live performance at Madison Square Garden in 1975 is considered by some critics to be one of the greatest musical performances ever. The band has had many line-up changes over the years but Jimmy Page remains the only original member left he is also a producer for other artists including David Bowie, Def Leppard, and Bob Seger. In 1969, they released their first album which included hits such as Whole Lotta Love and Black Dog.
